Case Manager (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, Island)

Do you want to help children thrive? We are hiring a case manager to work with children with behavioral difficulties within their homes and classrooms. Your goal will be to help youth navigate the intensive services available to them on their way to learning how to take ownership of their decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support at-risk youth in an in-home setting

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree and 3 years experience working with youth and families in a relevant setting
• Currently have or obtain within 30 days of being hired: CPR/First Aid license
• Current driver license, car, and car insurance
• TB Test: Within 7 days of first day of employment, or prior to working on site (whichever comes first)

Qualifications

Minimum: Associate’s Degree and 3 years experience working with youth and families.

Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field and 2 years experience working with youth and families.

Exceptional: Master’s Degree in Social Services or a closely related field and 1 year experience working with youth and families.

Pay

$23.00-24.00 per hour

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday - Friday
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and on call
