Case Manager- Supportive Housing

Responsibilities

• Provide services to consumers in our supportive housing program.
• Provide transportation for consumers as needed.
• Teach basic living skills.
• Aid consumers in accessing appropriate community resources as needed.
• Update client records using an electronic clinical record system.

Requirements

• BS Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field.
• Must have an excellent driving record free from any DUI/Reckless driving conviction for the previous (3) years. Will be subject to initial and ongoing MVR.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Willing to complete Case Management Training through the Alabama Departmental of Mental Health and obtain certification.
• Previous case management experience is preferred but not required.
