Case Manager - Respite
About the role
Community Mental Health Affiliates, Inc. (CMHA) is a private non-profit treatment provider headquartered in New Britain, with seven locations throughout the city and in Waterbury. We partner with clients and the community to promote recovery from mental illness and substance use, treating more than 7,500 adults and children each year. CMHA is Connecticut’s first fully Joint Commission accredited Behavioral Health Home and is a SAMHSA Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC). This position is a part-time 3rd shift Case Manager for our Respite Services program, located at 66 Clinic Dr, New Britain, CT 06052.
Responsibilities
- Support clients toward the goal of eventual independent living.
- Supervise client activity and participation in the program while ensuring client safety, comfort and satisfaction.
- Coordinate care with the client throughout the CMHA system of services.
Pay
The salary range for this position starts at $20.00 per hour. Compensation is determined by years of relevant experience, education, skills, internal pay equity, and the benefits and paid time‑off package to provide a well‑rounded and competitive overall compensation.

Saturday – Sunday, 11 pm – 7 am.
