Job Description

Responsibilities
- Obtains documents and all relevant intake material.
- Counsels clients during individual intake evaluation sessions.
- Shares responsibility for education and other group programming activities.
- Participates in client evaluations and case conferences.
- Provides referrals for affected family members to self-help programs when applicable.
- Affirms patients' continuing care needs, contacts appropriate aftercare resources, and arranges for transfer or admission to appropriate rehabilitation facilities and/or liaisons with self-help organizations.
- Coordinates client’s transportation to next level of care.
Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- A minimum of one year related experience and/or training in the area of addiction treatment.
- Valid Driver’s License in good standing preferred.

- Pay Range: $21.77 – $26.54
Pay
- The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
Schedule
- Part Time, 16 Hours – Saturday/Sunday: 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
