Case Manager

About the role

Responsible for providing support to clients in managing their cases.

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and services
  • Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed
  • Communicate regularly with clients and staff to ensure case management goals are met

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in social service or case management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of case management software
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Schedule
