About the role
Responsible for providing support to clients in managing their cases.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients in accessing necessary resources and services
- Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients and staff to ensure case management goals are met
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social service or case management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of case management software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
