Case Manager - OPD

Job Description

Function as part of OPD team
Interfaces with OPD psychiatrist
Assists staff psychiatrist with scribing clinical assessments
Completes treatment plans and maintains staff psychiatrist caseload of clients
Completes documentation according to agency and DMHAS standards

Job Requirements

• Requires bachelor's degree in a human services field
