We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. We need to parse the posting. Let's extract sections: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing company: "Clinical Supervision is provided for employees seeking independent licensure We’re not just behavioral health people—we’re crisis people. Connections Health Solutions is a leading provider of immediate-access behavioral health crisis care. Our team combines medical and recovery-oriented treatment to stabilize individuals in crisis and connect them to community-based resources for ongoing recovery. Founded by emergency room psychiatrists Dr. Chris Carson and Dr. Robert Williamson, our model is physician-led and data-driven, drawing upon more than 15 years of crisis care expertise. We embrace change and innovation, striving to find better ways to fulfill our mission. We are on a mission to change the face of behavioral health. Help us save lives and make a difference." That's about the role/company. - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" section: long list of duties. We'll put as
  • each bullet. - Requirements: maybe "What You'll Bring" includes Master's degree, license, experience, knowledge, vaccination policy, credentialing requirements. That's requirements. - Qualifications: maybe overlapping with requirements; but we can separate: Qualifications could be license, education, experience. However we need to avoid duplication. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But they ask to use headings for those categories if content exists. We have content for both. We could treat "What You'll Bring" as Requirements (education, license, experience, knowledge, vaccination, credentialing). Then "It Would Be Great If You Had" as Preferred Qualifications (skills). That could be Skills section. - Benefits: The "What We Offer" section: list of benefits. - Pay: The posting includes "$10,000 commitment bonus for full-time*** Earn More with Shift Differentials Maximize Your Earnings With Additional Hourly Pay +$2/hr -> Monday-Thursday Nights+$3/hr -> Friday-Sunday Nights+$2/hr -> Saturday-Sunday Days". Also later "Kirkland, Washington Pay Range $40.50 - $50 USD". So we have pay info. - Schedule: Not explicitly mentioned besides shift differentials (night/shift). No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time. It says Full-time only: Employees (and their families) are offered... So schedule is full-time. Could include Schedule section with "Full-time". But we need to avoid placeholder like "not specified". It is specified: Full-time only. So we can include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, recruitment fraud warning, etc. We must not include duplicated lines. We must preserve all substantive information. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft sections:

    Schedule

    Full‑time position.

We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO, scam warning, etc. We removed those. Check for duplication: We included "Full-time only" in Benefits and Schedule. That's okay. Make sure we didn't include any lines like "Actual compensation is based on relevant experience, education, internal equity, and budget." That's substantive but maybe belongs in Pay? It's about compensation determination. Could include in Pay section as note. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information. So we should include that statement. It's under "Actual compensation is based on relevant experience, education, internal equity, and budget." That's after Benefits before EEO. We should include it in Pay section maybe as a note. Add to Pay: "
  • Actual compensation is based on relevant experience, education, internal equity, and budget.
  • " Also we have "Kirkland, Washington Pay Range $40.50 - $50 USD" we already have. Also we have "$10,000 commitment bonus for full-time***" we included. Also we have "Earn More with Shift Differentials Maximize Your Earnings With Additional Hourly Pay +$2/hr -> Monday-Thursday Nights+$3/hr -> Friday-Sunday Nights+$2/hr -> Saturday-Sunday Days". We included. Now check if any other substantive info: "Clinical Supervision is provided for employees seeking independent licensure" is in the first line; we included in About the role? Not yet. We should incorporate that line. It's about clinical supervision provided for employees seeking independent licensure. Add to About the role paragraph. Also "We’re not just
