About the role

The Case Manager II, Kinship Specialist (Foster Care and Kinship; Pinal County) is responsible for providing comprehensive support to foster children and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary services to thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and address the needs of foster children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized service plans
  • Maintain regular contact with foster families and children to monitor progress
  • Collaborate with other professionals in the community to provide holistic care
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Provide crisis intervention and support as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid Arizona Driver’s License
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in social work or related field
  • Knowledge of child welfare systems and best practices
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Experience working with diverse populations
