The Case Manager II, Kinship Specialist (Foster Care and Kinship; Pinal County) position involves providing support to children in foster care and kinship placements. This includes case management, advocacy, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive case management services to children in foster care and kinship placements.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of children in foster care and kinship placements.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding child welfare.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all cases managed.
• Collaborate with other professionals such as social workers, law enforcement, and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for children.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in child welfare or related field.
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
