Case Manager I

About the role

SAFY is seeking a full time Case Manager for our Dayton division in Ohio. As a Case Manager you will be responsible for the case management functions of a caseload of foster youth and respective foster homes.

Responsibilities

• Travel daily to provide in-home, community-based services to families and youth in caseload. 50% of time spent in community can be expected.
