Case Manager

About the role

Responsible for providing support services to individuals with behavioral-emotional disorders and Autism Spectrum Disorder. Must have experience working with these populations.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in developing coping strategies and improving emotional regulation
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support as needed

Requirements

• Valid drivers license and reliable access to a vehicle

Qualifications

• Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or Autism Spectrum Disorder

Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of behavioral and emotional disorders
