About the role

The Case Manager, Economic Prosperity Services plays a crucial role in supporting clients through various economic programs designed to enhance their financial stability and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Assess client needs and develop personalized plans to address economic challenges.
  • Provide guidance on accessing government benefits and other financial resources.
  • Coordinate with community partners to offer additional support services.
  • Maintain accurate records and report progress to supervisors and clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Economics, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
