Qualifications/Requirements
- Master's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field preferred
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or related field required with at least one year of experience in the CASSP system program or 12 college level semester hours in social services or humanities with the minimum of one year of experience in the CASSP system program.
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years working with youth and their families.
- Experience in a community-based agency program
- Experience working with youth and families in a behavioral health manner and/or at-risk youth and families
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
Position Requirements
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
