We need to output HTML fragment with sections only when there is real specific content. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections apply. From posting: - Number of Vacancies, Area of Consideration, Position Status, Pay Plan, Series & Grade, Salary Range, Closing Date, Location: these are metadata; we should fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Probably we can include a short paragraph with location, salary range, etc. Not as headings. - Brief Description of Duties: that's prose about role; could be "About the role" heading. - Essential Duties And Responsibilities: list of duties; we can put under "Responsibilities" heading with

  • . - Minimum Job Requirements: list; could be under "Requirements" heading. - Preferred Qualifications: could be under "Qualifications" heading (or maybe "Qualifications" for preferred). Could combine. - Skills: not explicitly listed; but we could infer from requirements: knowledge and skills in community-based behavioral health care, etc. Might be better to not create Skills section unless explicit. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one "Requirements" section that includes both minimum and preferred. Or separate. - Benefits: there is "Employment Benefits: Selectee will be eligible for health and life insurance, annual (vacation) and sick leave and will be covered under the University of the District of Columbia' s retirement plan (TIAA)." That's specific benefits. So we can create Benefits section. - Pay: Salary Range given: $68,140 - $81,200. That's pay info. So we can create Pay section. - Schedule: Position Status: Full-Time, Regular. That's schedule info. So we can create Schedule section. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Remove all that. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all duties, requirements, qualifications, benefits, pay, schedule, location maybe. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Location: 4200 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008

    Salary Range: $68,140 - $81,200

    Position: Full-Time, Regular

Closing Date: Open Until Filled; Best consideration by 9/28/2026

But maybe we should fold metadata into a short

or drop it. The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short paragraph with location, salary, schedule, closing date. Then sections:

    About the role

Brief Description of Duties ... (the paragraph).

    Responsibilities

    • Leads the development, implementation, and assessment of a comprehensive case-management program for students experiencing health, housing, food insecurity, transportation, childcare, and other basic-needs concerns.
    • ...
We need to include all duties listed under Essential Duties And Responsibilities. Let's extract them: - Leads the development, implementation, and assessment of a comprehensive case-management program for students experiencing health, housing, food insecurity, transportation, childcare, and other basic-needs concerns. - Consults with students, assesses individual needs, coordinates appropriate interventions and referrals, and monitors student progress and follow-up. - Identifies emerging student needs and campus trends and adjusts outreach, services, and interventions accordingly. - Collaborates with academic units, campus offices, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community providers to develop a coordinated network of culturally responsive and financially accessible student-support resources. - Develops and maintains an up-to-date database of University and community resources. - Supports the Dean of Students in coordinating referrals, maintaining case records, developing action plans, facilitating follow-up, and participating in BIT training. - Coordinates student crisis and emergency response in consultation with the Dean of Students and develops related policies and procedures governing students of concern, crisis response, basic-needs support, and BIT operations. - Develops and delivers training, outreach, and educational initiatives that promote awareness of case-management services, available resources, barriers to student success, appropriate referral practices, and help-seeking behaviors. - Oversees the daily operations, inventory, scheduling, and student-support activities associated with the Firebird Market. - Supports Firebird Market operations by coordinating campus and community partnerships, promoting student participation, maintaining resource availability, and communicating the program’s impact. - Assesses office programs, BIT activities, community partnerships, and Firebird Market services; tracks utilization and outcomes; and prepares reports identifying trends, effectiveness, and opportunities for improvement. - Supervises interns, practicum students, and other trainees performing case-management work, ensuring that assignments are developmentally appropriate and consistent with ethical, legal, confidentiality, and higher-education standards. - Serves on University committees related to the position’s responsibilities and provides student support across UDC campus locations. - Other duties as assigned. We'll keep all.

    Requirements

We can combine Minimum Job Requirements and Preferred Qualifications. Minimum Job Requirements: - Master’s Degree in Social Work, or Counseling from an accredited institution. - Licensed Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the District of Columbia or the ability to obtain license within six months of employment. - Minimum three (3) years post-graduate degree experience in a human/social services position directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. - Knowledge and skills in community-based behavioral health care. - Direct experience engaging and serving diverse communities and individuals from diverse backgrounds. - Experience in crisis and case management in a human services context, including intake, needs assessment, screening, case documentation, and follow-up. Preferred Qualifications: - In-depth knowledge of and relationships with local and regional human services resources - Experience working in case management of college students. - Experience supervising student practicum, internship, and experiential training. - Experience supervising employees in related work environment. - Experience using Maxient. We'll put these as
    • under Requirements. Maybe we separate into Requirements and Qualifications sections. But we have both headings available: Requirements and Qualifications. Could do Requirements for minimum, Qualifications for preferred. That seems appropriate. Thus:

      Requirements

        ... minimum ...

      Qualifications

        ... preferred ...
      Then Benefits:

      Benefits

      • Health and life insurance
      • Annual (vacation) and sick leave
      • Retirement plan (TIAA)
      Pay:

      Pay

      $68,140 - $81,200

      Schedule:

      Schedule

      Full-Time, Regular

We also might include location etc in a short paragraph before sections. We must not include any boilerplate like EEO, etc. We must not include "Information to Applicant" physical demands etc? That is substantive? It's about physical demands; maybe we could include under About the role or a separate section? Not listed as a heading; we could incorporate into About the role paragraph. But the instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep that physical demands info. Where to put? Could be under About the role as additional paragraph after brief description. Or we could make a separate section like "Working Conditions" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not create new headings. So we can add that info to About the role paragraph. Similarly "Collective Bargaining Unit (Union): ..." is substantive; we could include in About the role or maybe in a short metadata paragraph. It's not a heading; we can fold into a short paragraph. "Information to Applicant" includes physical demands; we can incorporate. "Veterans Preference", "Visa Sponsorship", "Residency Preference", "Drug-Free Workplace", "Background Investigation", "Disposition of Resume", "Job Offers", "Contact Information" are all substantive but not fitting headings; we could fold into a short paragraph at end maybe "Additional Information". But we cannot create a heading not in list. So we need to incorporate them into existing sections or a short paragraph without heading. The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." Some of this may be considered minor metadata? But many are substantive like union, veterans preference, visa sponsorship, residency preference, drug-free workplace, background investigation, disposition of resume, job offers, contact info. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we must keep them. We can put them in a

without heading, maybe after sections. That's allowed: we can have a paragraph with that info. It's not a heading, so fine. Thus final HTML: start with a short paragraph for location, salary, schedule, closing date maybe. Then sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Then a final paragraph for additional info (union, veterans preference, visa sponsorship, residency preference, drug-free workplace, background investigation, disposition of resume, job offers, contact information). Ensure we don't repeat job title. Let's craft. We need to be careful to not include any markdown fences. Now produce HTML. Let's write:

Location: 4200 Connecticut Ave NW, Washington, DC 20008

      Salary Range: $68,140 - $81,200

      Schedule: Full-Time, Regular

Closing Date: Open Until Filled; Best consideration by 9/28/2026
