About the role

As a Case Manager, you will work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families among others. Case Managers work as part of a team to assess, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people's lives.

Responsibilities

  • Work with children and families to promote safe and thriving home environments.
  • Teach skills including emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication.
  • Assess, plan, and advocate for families to improve their quality of life.
  • Connect families with community resources to support their needs.

Requirements

  • Compassionate and eager to learn.
  • Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families.
  • Strong advocacy skills for children and families.
  • Must live in the state of Kansas.
  • Bilingual candidates preferred.
