Case Manager

About the role

Location: Pittsfield, MA – Outpatient Treatment Program. The Clinical Case Manager provides quality clinical support services and case management to assigned patients in accordance with Spectrum’s clinical design.

Responsibilities

• Providing group treatment, under supervision, to clients using Spectrum curriculum and following group facilitation protocol as trained.
• Completing all required documentation for services as required by Spectrum and all licensing, accreditation, and regulatory bodies within established time frames.
• Adhering to patient contact expectations.
• Completing all outcome measurement tools as required by Spectrum, licensing, and payers in required time frames.
• Referring patients to appropriate services in the community as necessary.
• Adhering to all applicable Spectrum policies and procedures.
• Demonstrating respect for supervisors, co‑workers, and clients.
• Consistently arriving for work on time and adhering to the program’s attendance policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree and post‑second‑year master’s internship near completion of a master’s level program in clinical psychology, education‑counseling, rehabilitative counseling, or social work.
• Must remain active in a master’s‑level graduate program and complete the master’s degree within twelve months.

Pay

Pay rate: $16.00‑$20.00 per hour.
