Schedule
Sunday-Thursday, 8:00am-4:30pm
Pay
$21.00 - $23.00/hour

Responsibilities
- Provide documented individual and group clinical services and case management to clients with mental health, substance abuse, or dual diagnosis problems
- Develop, implement, and revise individual treatment plans for assigned clients in established time frames with client participation
- Refer clients to appropriate services in the community as necessary
- Participate in multidisciplinary team treatment planning, case review, and case conferences
Qualifications
- LADC I or CADAC certification preferred, but not required
- At least one year of experience working in a substance abuse treatment, case management role, or closely related field
- Minimum of a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred
