RemoteRemoteHealthcare$26–$36/hrFull-time

About the Company

Recover is a startup working to make mental health and addiction treatment more effective, accessible, and affordable. We partner with governments to improve outcomes for people who need treatment, ensuring low-income Americans have access to best-in-class care. Our program uses a harm reduction approach to support individuals with mental health and substance use challenges, with a focus on marginalized and underserved communities. We are a small, rapidly growing team that includes professionals from Yale Law, UCLA School of Medicine, Harvard Medical School, and White House alumni.

About the Role

As a case manager, you'll work directly with clients to help them access services and resources as they progress through substance use disorder treatment. Most of your time will be spent meeting with clients to complete intakes, identify their individual recovery needs, connect them to appropriate services, and help them navigate those resources. You will build relationships with clients and guide them through their recovery journey, particularly by encouraging follow-through on linked resources.

You will collaborate regularly with the treatment team—including the medical director, nurse practitioners, and counselors—to develop comprehensive treatment plans. This role is ideal for someone who works independently, takes ownership of client care, builds rapport, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll have opportunities to grow with the team and work with patients across the state.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Program Manager. The schedule is 40 hours per week across 4-5 days.
