About the role

Full-time Case Manager position working with children and families to help ensure children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families, and work as part of a team to access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
