Responsibilities

• Contribute to community recovery efforts in Detroit
• Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns
• Develop and implement strategies to support community resilience
• Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies
• Provide outreach and education on recovery topics
• Assist with data collection and analysis

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience working in community development or social services
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for community improvement and social justice
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., sociology, public policy, urban planning)
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
