Responsibilities
- Contribute to community recovery efforts in Detroit
- Engage with residents to understand their needs and concerns
- Develop and implement strategies to support community resilience
- Collaborate with local organizations and government agencies
- Provide outreach and education on recovery topics
- Assist with data collection and analysis
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in community development or social services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for community improvement and social justice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field (e.g., sociology, public policy, urban planning)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
