Role Overview

As the ABA Case Manager, you’ll coordinate and oversee client programs to ensure each child receives consistent, high-quality care. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for families and staff, support program implementation, and help maintain the center’s standards of excellence.

• Brought 2 years of professional experience in an office environment, with previous experience in case management or family support within the ABA field.
• Skilled at prioritizing responsibilities, managing time effectively, and multitasking in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working with staff in office settings.
• Committed to meeting families where they are, offering empathy and honoring each family’s individual story.
• Dedicated to safeguarding sensitive information and practicing full confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Turns challenges into actionable steps with a solution-oriented approach.
• Well-versed in Microsoft Suite applications.
