Case Manager
Average hourly rate is $25.27 (including wage, incentives, bonuses, overtime, shift differential, etc.). The selected candidate must live in the state of Kansas. Bilingual candidates preferred.
About the role
We are looking for a full-time Case Manager to work with children and families to help ensure that children can safely thrive in their home environments. Case Managers teach skills such as emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families. You will work as part of a team to access, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
Responsibilities
- Work with children and families to promote safe and healthy home environments
- Teach skills including emotion regulation, healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and communication
- Assess, plan, and advocate to improve quality of life for families
- Connect families with community resources
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
- Experience working with children and families
- Compassionate, eager to learn, and able to help families build on their strengths
- Desire to help children grow, learn, and build healthy families
- Strong advocacy skills for children and families
