Key Responsibilities
- Support advisors in preparing for client meetings, including identifying planning opportunities
- Participate in client meetings and handle follow-up actions
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client service needs and inquiries
- Execute account servicing tasks including transactions, account setup, and maintenance
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-through
- Cookordination and track client-related projects and planning deliverables
- Assist in delivering a high-quality, consistent client experience
- Grow the existing book of business through deepening existing relationships and acquiring new clients
Client Opportunity & Growth Path

- Ability to begin managing smaller client relationships within 1–3 years, based on performance and licensing

Ideal Candidate Profile
- We are specifically seeking candidates who are currently working in a financial planning or wealth management practice
- Have experience supporting client relationships and servicing accounts
- Are comfortable interacting directly with clients

- Are motivated to grow into a more client-facing advisory role

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: Case Manager Starting at $55,000 or Financial Advisor starting at $70,000+ (higher based on licensing and experience)

Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (preferred but not required)
- Kansas Life, Accident & Health Insurance License (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree (financial planning or related field preferred)
- Willingness to obtain required licenses (SIE, Series 7/66, insurance)
