About the role

Wealth Enhancement is an independent wealth management firm dedicated to enriching the lives of our clients through personalized financial planning. We operate with a team-based Roundtable and UniFi processes, serving over 80,000 households across 140 offices nationwide since 1997.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the financial advisory team to manage client relationships with excellent service
  • Absorb and document meeting notes, and promptly enter them into the CRM system
  • Present financial advice or plans to clients under the guidance of the Financial Advisor
  • Collect and analyze client investment, insurance, and financial data to provide clear recommendations
  • Coordinate with the client service team to place trades and manage tasks
  • Create and update client reviews using the Wealth Enhancement Group review system
  • Analyze client data to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Communicate with clients to gather additional planning information or clarify details
  • Participate in Wealth Enhancement Group trainings and educational events
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to the Corporate Communication Strategy and maintaining compliance

Requirements

  • 4-year degree in business, finance, or economics, with 2+ years of experience in the wealth management industry
  • Series 65 certification, with advanced designations (such as CFP) preferred
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and handle client-facing technology

Pay

The expected pay range for this Associate Financial Advisor position is $70,000 to $90,000 annually. This range may include a base salary plus variable compensation. The company in good faith believes it would pay in this range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation within this range will depend on your qualifications, skills, and credentials, educational and professional experience, and actual compensation will depend on your productivity and sales numbers and can be below or exceed the range.
