About the role

As an ABA Case Manager, you will lead your own caseload of clients through conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, writing goals, training staff, and updating client's progress.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Brigance, FBA)
  • Design ABA intervention plans and write goals
  • Train staff, parents, and instructors on implementing interventions
  • Update and track client progress

Requirements

  • Master's degree in special education, psychology, counseling, behavior analysis, behavior science, human development, social work, or rehabilitation
  • At least 1 year of experience working as a behavior supervisor designing ABA programs for children with autism
  • Experience training parents and instructors on implementing interventions
  • Knowledge and experience with DTT, NATS/NET, VB
  • BCBA certification preferred (will consider BCBA-eligible if taking exam within 6 months of hire)
  • Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
