Case Management Assistant

Job Summary

The case management assistant (CMA) will work under the direction of the RN case manager or social worker to facilitate patient discharges requiring post-acute placement or services, identify and report barriers to discharges, and provide administrative support in Case Management functions.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Medical knowledge and terminology
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and HCA Ethics and Compliance policies
