Supplies Filler Operators
- Unloads trailers as received and documents and accounts for cases and pallets accurately.
- Lifts, stacks, and loads pallets, and additional items needed from trailers.
- Safely transfers cases to the chain.
- When the chain is full, the operator will proactively assist with alternative job tasks to support production.
- Keeps the work area clean and orderly and in safe condition.
- Maintains safety protocols when cleaning case washer, case dock drain, or trailers.
- Maintains effective communication with team members using radio systems.
- Collaborates effectively with team members to achieve shared goals and ensure successful completion of tasks.
Basic Requirements
- A high school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent.
- Manufacturing experience preferred.

Physical Demands
- Regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear.
- Frequently required to stand and walk.
- Must be able to reach, bend, extend, and lift 50-60 pounds.
- Pushes and pulls stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs.
Work Environment
- The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids.
- Exposed to a noise level of 90 decibels. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/high.
- Wet/slippery work conditions.
