Case Developer
Case Development Overview
We are seeking a Case Developer to join our dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our clients while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- File appeals for clients in a timely manner within the parameters of Social Security Administration's deadlines
- Absorb and answer questions from clients regarding their paperwork and the claims process
- Communicate with SSA (Social Security Administration) to update and address your client's claim
- Review files for potential issues that could impact the clients' claim
- Prepare RFH (Request for Hearing) files for transfer to the legal teams
- Present case synopses to attorneys as needed
- Manage case files from intake to closing under the direction of an attorney
- Maintain organized case files and interact with existing and potential clients via telephone and email
- Collaborate with multiple coworkers to support the management and processing of case files
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required
- Must be available to work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
