Essential Functions
- Answer phone calls and emails in a polite and professional manner.
- Accepts a broad range of customer service calls and assesses the information to make informed decisions for conversion.
- Listens in order to provide detailed information about the services offered, addressing preliminary questions.
- Transfers calls as needed.
- Enters information into the case management software.
- Pursues signed retainers from qualified leads.
- Schedules office appointments for clients and notifies departments or locations.
- Makes recommendations for other case types that may benefit the current or potential client.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior customer service and/or call center sales experience is preferred, with 1-2 years of experience.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute is necessary.
- Reliability and dependability in performing job-related tasks, finishing assigned projects, meeting deadlines, and appointments are essential.
- Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and other relevant software is required.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team is important.
