About the role

We are seeking a Case Specialist to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, collaborative call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life insurance, underwriting support, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Review and process life insurance applications from start to finish.
  • Conduct client interviews to gather underwriting information.
  • Analyze cases and partner with underwriting teams to move applications forward.
  • Deliver exceptional service to agents, clients, and internal partners.
  • Ensure compliance while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma (an Associate's degree in a medical field is a plus).
  • 2+ years of experience in life insurance, underwriting support, or a medical setting.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and critical thinking skills.
  • The ability to thrive in a high-volume call center, detail-focused environment.

Qualifications

  • This is an onsite position.
  • Candidates must hold or be able to obtain their Life & Accident (Life & Health) Insurance License prior to hire or within 60 days of employment (Training delivered by our company).
