Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients calling into the firm, conducting consultations to assess how we can best support their needs.
- Gather and accurately document information pertaining to potential cases.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate callbacks with prospective clients.
- Distribute and collect signed retainer agreements via email and text.
- Manage a combination of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and care.
- Address and resolve client concerns in a timely, respectful, and solutions-oriented manner.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED required; college experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and comprehension skills, with the ability to assess situations quickly and accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to type a minimum of 35 WPM while navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to shifting priorities with composure.
- A collaborative team player who is equally effective and self-motivated when working independently.
- Consistently reliable, dependable, and accountable.
