About the role
The Case Assistant - Community Transition Liaison Program is responsible for providing support to individuals transitioning from incarceration back into the community. This role involves collaborating with various community agencies to ensure successful reintegration.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with community agencies to facilitate successful reintegration of individuals transitioning from incarceration.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals during their transition period.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to reentry programs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including probation officers, social service providers, and law enforcement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience working with individuals in reentry programs.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with community partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local resources and services available to individuals transitioning from incarceration.

Pay
$30 - $35 per hour based on experience.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
