Case Aide

Position Overview

Maintains accountability for clients’ location at all times and has knowledge of and implements all Agency policies and procedures governing facility operations including:

• Client Supervision
• Key Control
• Head Counts
• Making Emergency and other program required procedures.

Collections intake data, develops and documents program plan goals with clients, monitors in the areas of treatment stipulations, job readiness preparation, and community resource referrals. Assists in client orientation as assigned. Makes recommendations to the supervisor for corrective action as required and monitors on an ongoing basis.

Cohort discharges with referral agencies. Coordinates client work assignments and checks for satisfactory completion. Adheres to program procedures and enforces rules, regulation and policies. Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with three (3) years’ experience in social services or similar field.
• Education may be substituted with experience on a year for year basis.
• Good written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
