Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the (international) telephone and online sales of Van Vijfeijken trucks to both new and existing customers.
• Manage customer relationships and expand the existing customer base through visits to current and potential clients.
• Ensure that trucks and/or machines are delivered in accordance with agreed-upon delivery terms and services.
• Provide customers with all necessary information and, if desired, conduct product demonstrations.
• Evaluate progress, customer satisfaction, and address any issues or improvements.
• Introduce other procurement channels to the customer, such as the support employee responsible for truck/machine repairs and upgrades.

Requirements

• Self-directed, motivated, commercial, accurate, communicative, and sociable.
• A central point in the sales process.
• To build a strong infrastructure, synchronize demand and supply, measure quality, and monitor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in truck maintenance and repair.
• Knowledge and experience with diagnostic tools and procedures.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Flexibility and willingness to work weekends.

Skills

• Technical skills in truck and vehicle maintenance.
• Ability to perform routine and complex diagnostics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
