About the role

In the role of Account Manager, you (partially) are responsible for the (International) telephone/online sales of the Trucks from Van Vijfeijken, both for new and existing customers. The customer base for the Account Manager Truck & Transport consists of companies related to transportation, agriculture, and mechanical engineering, as well as laborers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand our existing customer base through visits to current and potential clients.
• Be the central point of contact for the entire sales process and provide customers with all necessary information, including product demonstrations if desired.
• Evaluate progress, customer satisfaction, and address any issues or improvements that may arise.
• Introduce other purchasing channels to the customer, such as the support employee responsible for truck/machine repairs and restorations.

• Self-employed, disciplined, motivated, commercial, and accurate.
• Work in a team environment and have social, communicative skills and be a team player.
• Report directly to a Manager Truck & Transport who supports your further expansion and development of your area and personal competencies.
