About the role

Your role is to exceed our guests' expectations and contribute to delivering a perfectly crafted experience every time. As a To-Go/Carside specialist, you’ll focus on preparing and packaging to-go food for our customers, ensuring efficiency and teamwork in a dynamic environment.

This is a front-of-house position in a full-service casual dining restaurant with growth opportunities for team members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver genuine hospitality and an exceptional dining experience by guiding guests through our menu while demonstrating thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings.
• Provide timely, attentive, fun, and friendly service to ensure guests feel valued and well cared for.
• Create positive first impressions to build loyalty among returning guests.
• Be a team player with a “can-do” attitude to deliver 100% guest satisfaction.
• Prepare and package to-go orders efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older to serve alcohol (based on state regulations).
• Alcohol certification and Serve Safe certification are a plus.
• Previous experience as a server is preferred but not required.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.
