Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance tasks including painting, drywall, tile, flooring, carpentry, and concrete work
- Complete basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Provide assistance to customers and vendors as needed
- Safely operate equipment such as (experienced or certification is a plus but not required): - Forklifts - Golf carts - Scissor lifts - Tractors
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, cold, rain)
- Frequently bend, stoop, and lift up to 80 lbs
- Walk long distances across the property
- Climb heights up to 100 feet when necessary
- Communicate effectively with staff and guests
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License (Required)
- Experience in: - General maintenance or handyman work (required for experienced level)
- Strong work ethic; punctual and dependable
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
