• Handle customer requests for quotes and provide accurate information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve shipping issues and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• Experience with logistics software and systems.
• Knowledge of various modes of transportation (full truckload, LTL, intermodal).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
