Sales Location Manager
Sales & Customer Engagement
Close sales on all Gemco structures and products.
Conduct after-hours and weekend appointments when necessary to close deals.
Complete financing contracts and accept payments (cash, check, credit card)
Accurately complete all sales paperwork and customer contracts
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times
CRM & Administrative Duties
Use NetSuite daily for all CRM-related activities, including:
Documenting calls, texts, and emails
Scheduling and tracking follow-up tasks
Keeping customer records current and accurate
Processing sales orders in a timely manner
Financial & Operational Oversight
Make daily bank deposits
Reconcile deposits daily with the Customer Service Manager
Ensure the sales lot is staffed during all advertised business hours, including Saturdays
Attend weekly sales meetings prior to lot opening at 9:00 AM- One in-person meeting per month
Remaining meetings via Google Teams
Marketing & Business Development
Advertise and promote the sales location across all major social media platforms
Network after hours as needed to prospect for new business opportunities
Maintain a strong local presence to generate leads and referrals
Facility & Lot Management
Keep the sales lot organized, professional, and presentable at all times
Maintain a clean office environment
Manage lawn maintenance services (reimbursed by Gemco at a predetermined rate)
Sales Support Staffing
Gemco may provide a sales support person to cover the lot for planned absences when available
Location Manager may hire their own sales support person under the following conditions:
Must successfully complete Gemco’s 4-week training program
Cannot be left alone at the lot until training is completed

Provided by Location Sales Manager:
Laptop computer(s)
Basic office supplies (pens, paper, toiletries, cleaning supplies)
Replacement ink, modems, and any supplies not specifically provided by Gemco
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven sales experience (building, construction, or high-ticket sales preferred)
Strong closing and negotiation skills
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Comfortable working independently in a 1099 contractor role
Proficiency with CRM systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
Reliable transportation and availability to work Saturdays and occasional evenings
Professional appearance and strong communication skills
