About the role
Responsible for managing shipment tracking and providing customer support through MySpot platform. Works closely with carriers to ensure timely delivery and resolution of issues.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and update shipment statuses in real-time
- Communicate with customers regarding shipment progress and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with carriers to ensure accurate and efficient delivery of goods
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online chat
- Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and carrier policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with logistics software and systems
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of transportation laws and industry best practices
