Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners
- Procure and source carriers to successfully cover SFL freight
- Develop partnerships with carriers to strengthen market performance and repeat shipments
- Identify consistent opportunities within carrier network and match with customer needs
- Provide exceptional service with integrity and professionalism

Qualifications
- Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry
- Ability to cold call and build rapport with carriers
- Highly effective communication and negotiating skills
- Drive results independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Experience in freight brokerage or logistics industry helpful

Hours
Full-time - 40 hours/week 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
