Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with carrier partners
  • Procure and source carriers to successfully cover SFL freight
  • Develop partnerships with carriers to strengthen market performance and repeat shipments
  • Identify consistent opportunities within carrier network and match with customer needs
  • Provide exceptional service with integrity and professionalism

Compensation

  • Base Salary
  • Plus Commission & Bonus for each load booked

Qualifications

  • Strong dedication and assertiveness to succeed in the logistics industry
  • Ability to cold call and build rapport with carriers
  • Highly effective communication and negotiating skills
  • Drive results independently and collaborate as a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Experience in freight brokerage or logistics industry helpful

Location

Rochester, Michigan - In Office

Hours

Full-time - 40 hours/week 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
