Typical Day
- Sales Leadership & Strategy: Execute annual marketing and sales plan in collaboration with the Sales Director.
- Affirms all sales activities including outreach, inquiry response, tours, follow-up, closing and move-in coordination.
- Brands & Customer Experience: Represents WesleyLife's brand through internal communication and external marketing initiatives. Ensures that every touchpoint reflects WesleyLife's brand promise and hospitality standards.
- Referral Development & Community Outreach: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key referral sources, community organizations, and business partners. Serve as an expert in community subject matter, providing education and resources to partners.
- Inventory & Customization Management: Under the direction of the Sales Director, will manage inventory, including finish selections, customizations, and remodel coordination.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Partner closely with the Sales Director to provide updates on census, leads, and prospect activity.
- Event Planning: Under the direction of the Sales Director, will plan and execute lead-generation events, engaging cross-functional teams as needed.
