About the Role

As a Carrier Account Representative, you’ll establish and grow relationships with carrier partners to service our customers’ needs while providing best-in-class service. Training and Mentorship Program

• Classroom training led by an Arrive trainer, designed to familiarize you with the third-party logistics industry alongside peers.
• Learn the Arrive story and the history that shaped the industry.
• Get familiar with our proprietary technology, ARRIVEnow.
• Work closely with an experienced mentor during training to learn the strategy behind building carrier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Build new relationships with carrier partners across the country.
• Manage carrier partners identified during the training program while developing and procuring new relationships.
• Sharpen relationship-building and customer service skills alongside your Carrier team and manager.
• Build internal relationships with our Business Development team to find the best solutions for clients.
• Emphasize service—measured on KPIs like on-time deliveries, proactive tracking, and outbound calls.
• Earn industry certifications to prepare for sourcing capacity for different service offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, with an emphasis on Business or a related field.
• Eagerness to contribute to a high-energy environment and build your career in an office setting.
• A strong work ethic is essential—hard work should come naturally to you.
• Strong communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to get things done over the phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Ability and excitement to build relationships with a wide variety of people, from peers to truck drivers, dispatchers, and business leaders.
