Maintenance Technician responsible for on-site window and door service, repair, and replacement to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Address warranty issues
- Troubleshoot and repair on-site
- Replace defective parts
- Diagnose issues such as water infiltration or interlock problems
- Assist customers with their needs
Requirements
- 2+ years in general maintenance
- Window & door repair/installation experience preferred
- Basic home repair experience
- Strong time management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and perform on uneven surfaces
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required
