Carpentry Subcontractor - Carpentry/Carpenter/Construction Crew

Responsibilities

• Build custom decks, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and screened porches to exact specifications.
• Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations.
• Expertly work with pressure-treated lumber and premium composite materials.
• Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and building plans accurately.
• Manage material take-offs, maintain a clean job site, and ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with a specific focus on decks, pergolas, and roof framing.
• A commitment to craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a professional appearance.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle (capable of hauling materials) and a complete set of professional-grade power and hand tools.
• Must carry active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance.
• Comfortable with ladder work, heavy lifting, and outdoor conditions.
• Proven track record of punctuality and meeting project deadlines.
