Responsibilities

• Show learners how and why things are done properly
• Help apprentices and students build confidence, pride in their work, and employability
• Bridge the gap between training and the real world of work

Requirements

• An experienced carpenter or joiner with up-to-date industry knowledge
• Takes Health and Safety seriously and leads by example
• Can explain practical techniques clearly and patiently
• Cares about quality, standards, and personal growth
• Wants to be part of a team in a role with stability, purpose, and genuine job satisfaction

Qualifications

• Not required at the start, but we will support you to gain teaching and assessor qualifications

Skills

• Industry-standard techniques
• Safe use of tools
