Responsibilities
- Show learners how and why things are done properly
- Help apprentices and students build confidence, pride in their work, and employability
- Bridge the gap between training and the real world of work
Requirements
- An experienced carpenter or joiner with up-to-date industry knowledge
- Takes Health and Safety seriously and leads by example
- Can explain practical techniques clearly and patiently
- Cares about quality, standards, and personal growth
- Wants to be part of a team in a role with stability, purpose, and genuine job satisfaction
Qualifications
- Not required at the start, but we will support you to gain teaching and assessor qualifications
Skills
- Industry-standard techniques
- Safe use of tools
