About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Carpentry/Installer to join our team. This role involves installing products safely, efficiently, and with a commitment to superior craftsmanship and customer service. A direct career track to a Lead position with a pay increase is available.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes following basic drawings or instructions.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from the lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
• Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction through friendly and professional communication.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.

Schedule
