About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Carpentry/Installer to install products safely, with high quality, and in a productive, profitable manner. This role offers a direct career track to Lead with a pay increase and includes paid training and ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Install custom closets and cabinets at customer homes following basic drawings or instructions.
• Use hand and power tools safely (training provided).
• Measure, cut, and fit materials with guidance from the lead carpenter.
• Assist with mounting shelves and leveling parts.
• Keep job sites clean and organized during and after installation.
• Demonstrate commitment to client satisfaction through clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Operate company vehicles and tools safely.

Requirements

• Customer-oriented, friendly, and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to operate company vehicles safely.
• Closet, garage, or office installation experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organization skills.
