• Able to arrive to jobsite on time in a logo’d shirt and appropriate work clothing.
• Able to follow instructions given by project manager.
• Able to follow Trustpoints on every project and job site.
• Able to keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily.
• Able to communicate with project manager daily about progress.
• Able to work quickly and efficiently.
• Able to demonstrate a stellar work ethic.
• Able to exhibit excellent attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Able to safely operate power hand tools including a table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, planer, and powered nail gun.
• Able to interact with customers on a professional and friendly level.
• Able to take personal pride in a job well done the first time.
