About the role
Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking dedicated team members to join our team as a Carpentry Apprentice/Installer to work on kitchen remodeling projects.
Responsibilities
- Bonus based on performance
- Compensation is hourly plus bonus
- Pay increase with passing Kitchen Tune-Up certifications
- Direct six-month track to team lead with pay increase
- Annual performance review with potential base pay increase

- Arrive to jobsite on time
- Follow instructions given by project manager
- Follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
- Keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Communicate with project manager daily about progress
- Work quickly and efficiently
Requirements
- No paid experience needed, looking for mechanical skills or home project experience
- Excellent Communication skills (so you know what to do / we know what was done)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to safely operate power hand tools (table saw, band saw, power hand saw, router, nail gun)
- Must take personal pride in a job well done the first time
Qualifications
- Must be able to arrive to jobsite on time
- Must follow instructions given by project manager
- Must follow Trustpoints on every project and job site
- Must keep work area clean and orderly and clean up daily
- Must communicate with project manager daily about progress
- Must work quickly and efficiently
